2,500 Christian Leaders Rally Against Gay Marriage in Chicago: Would Dr. MLK Join Them if he was alive?


We are living in a very sad age.  Who would have thought equality would mean to go against God's Word in America?   When Dr. Martin Luther King was living, we wonder who's side would he be on?  If he was a holy man, he probably would be marching with these 2,500 christian leaders in Chicago who oppose gay marriage, even after he fought for equality for African Americans.

According to BlackChristianNews.com, as many as 2,500 people, waving signs like "Marriage is Sacred" and "Marriage One Man One Woman," crowded into the Statehouse to keep the heat on the Illinois House and to block passage of the Religious Freedom and Marriage Fairness Act, which has been stalled since the spring.

(Black) Christians are in a difficult challenge today and we wonder if Dr. King would join this rally against gay marriage, if he was alive today?   What did equality really mean to Dr. Martin Luther King, did mean going against God's Word to please homosexuals?  If we were to go back in time and ask him, he probably would think we're insane.
