Now this teacher is the worst of the worst! There is a possible health crisis spreading in Dougherty County.
The local police are reporting that a former Dougherty County elementary school teacher, who was nonimated as Teacher of the Year, was indicted for child molestation and is HIV positive as of three days ago.
