Well, it looks like it's a close chapter for Paula Deen's lawsuit. However, it does not mean that she is not an alleged racist nor does it mean she won't have to answer to a higher judge, if she's guilty of offending the other party. It's good to admit wrongdoings to those you've hurt.
According to CNN.com, the proceedings will be dismissed "with prejudice," meaning the lawsuit cannot be filed again. The parties agreed the dismissal would be "without any award of costs or fees to any party," according to the posting.
